CANCELLATIONS

For Regular Weekly Classes: If you have signed up for a spot in a group class and wish to cancel, you must notify Trapeze Club at least 72 hours prior to the class start time in order to receive a full refund. You may transfer your registration to another person if you submit your request in advance and receive authorization. You'll receive confirmation of your cancellation and/or registration transfer by email or phone. If you cancel your spot in class less than 72 hours before the class start time, then the fee is non-refundable. We do this because if you cancel and we've held the spot for you without sufficient opportunity for someone else to fill it, we lose.

For Private Classes: When a class is booked for a private single person or group who wishes to cancel, Trapeze Club must be notified at least 2 weeks prior to the class in order to receive a full refund. If we receive the notification less than two weeks, and at least one week before class, you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than a week before classes are non-refundable. Also, when a group reserves an entire class, they will be responsible for payment for all the students signed up, even if some fail to attend.

For Bad Weather: When the Trapeze Club cancels a class or workshop due to inclement weather, we will call all registered students up to one hour before class. When a class is canceled up to an hour before it starts due to weather, the student receives a refund or transfers the payment to a later class anytime until the end of the season. We all know that the weather is completely unpredictable, so canceling classes for bad weather is no exact science but safety is our primary concern. Our students don't want classes canceled unless it's absolutely necessary. Therefore we wait until one hour before class starts to make the call. If you are coming from a far distance and are worried about the weather, please call 845-255-4375.

For Low Registration: Each class has a maximum number of participants allowed to register. They also all have a minimum number of four registered participants to make class happen. In the case that class is canceled due to low registration, we will call all registered students up to one hour before the class start time. Registered students will get a refund or may transfer the payment to a later class anytime until the end of the season.
